Getting Started

  1. Click the Register link and enter your details.
  2. Accept the Terms and Conditions of Use and click the Create New Account button.
  3. You will be sent a confirmation email to verify your account. Please action this email to activate your account.
  4. You will then be sent an email confirming the activation of your account.
  1. Log into the PSMA Developer Portal, click My Account and select My Keys from the menu.
  2. Click the Add a new Key button.
  3. Enter a Key Name. (This is a unique name to identify your key)
  4. Select the desired Product and click the Create Key button.
  5. You may view the key’s details by clicking its name in the My Keys section of the PSMA Developer Portal.
  1. Log into the PSMA Developer Portal, click My Account and select My Keys from the menu.
  2. Click the API Key name to view the key’s details.
  3. Click the Edit link.
  4. Change the details (eg. Products) as desired and click the Save Key button.
  5. This will close the window and notify you ‘Key Updated!’

  3. Click the Delete link.
  4. Click the Delete Key button.
  5. This will close the window and notify you ‘Key Deleted!’
  1. Log into the PSMA Developer Portal, and click Pricing.
  2. Select the type of product plan you wish to subscribe to (either Bundled API Plans or Predictive AV Plans).
  3. Choose a pricing plan and click the Buy button.
  4. Once you have completed the processing for a product, you need to associate it with an API key.
  5. Click My Account and select My Keys from the menu.
  6. Create a new key or edit an existing key and associate your new product with that key.

Yes, we would love to see you in our Beta program!

Log into the PSMA Developer Portal, click My Account and select My Keys from the menu Log into the PSMA Developer Portal, click My Account and select Edit Profile from the menu.
Select the Opt-in for Beta Program check box and click the Save button.
Within one business day you should receive an email from us welcoming you to the Beta program.

Once you have registered an account in the PSMA Developer Portal, navigate to the My Keys page. Click the ‘Add a new Key’ button and follow the instructions to generate an API key.

A transaction is defined within the Terms and Conditions for each API. See the relevant Plans and Pricing information, Bundled API Plans or Predictive AV Plans

Within our Predictive Address Verification API, a transaction is a return of fully parsed address details associated with a selected address.
For other APIs, your transaction usage is determined by the successful attributes returned to you. See Attribute Pricing

Your usage for a monthly billing period is restricted by the transaction allowance available in your selected plan.

You have exhausted your allocated transactions for the current billing period. Please contact support@psma.com.au to discuss an increase in your allocation.

Verify that the key you are attempting to use is exactly the same as the key in your "My Keys" area of your account. If you continue to experience problems, please contact us via the Support Portal.
