New Support Portal


Hey Developers,

We've just turned on our new PSMA Customer Support Portal. 

You can get to the portal through the "Support" tab at the top of the page or just send an email to beta@psma.com.au. On the portal, you can request support, let us know about bugs, suggest new features or improvements. We've added the portal because we want to make sure we don't miss feedback from you all. Let us know what you think about the new support portal.

Survey time is coming


Hi beta testers,

Just a quick update to let you know we have been working on some changes to our PAV(predictive Address Verification) APi and hope to be able to show you all soon.

On another note, hopefully early next week we will send out a short survey. We would love your honest feedback if you can spare a moment to reply that would be great!

Portal Issues


Hi All,

This morning we identified a sync issue after several security updates got pushed live to our portal(drupal), as such, anyone signing up last night may have had an issue logging in.

If your account is having troubles logging in, please email beta@psma.com.au and we will manually fix the login credentials.

Error messages in the API document


Hi All,

You may have noticed when using the API document to make an API call, if for whatever reason that call failed the error messages where... non-existent.

We think we've fixed that or at the very least made it better. Error messages related to authorization are now working properly. This includes things like missing headers, bad API keys, expired API keys and much more. Hopefully, you all find this useful. If you've got any other suggestions for more error messages please leave us a message or email beta@psma.com.au.
